Poetry- Stealing Hoody

Windows shatter, dispelling shards of common manners,

A tasteless bite of human rights: withhold the batten and water cannon,

Dissolve the hint of satisfaction.

Burn the cars, grab the goods,

Awash with a sea of the infamous hood.

Take heed with tools of bristle and wood,

Sweeping the street of debris and defeat,

An era for the obsolete.

Raging citizens, easy looters,

Stand aside, bring your scooters.
