Once you are able to answer the short questions above, it’ll help you navigate which ideas mentioned below will fill your bank on actually feeling as if you spent time taking care of yourself. Sometimes, even 5 minutes utilizing a skincare routine is all you need. While in other situations a weekend getaway is the only way you are going to find peace and calm. Only you are able to truly understand what works best for you.

For those on a budget, while answering those same questions above, understand that, per example, you can find water in your own home. Maybe your partner can take the kids on a walk while you take a bubble bath. If you need to be outdoors, taking a walk in the local park is just as easy as finding a hidden trail to climb. No matter the situation we are in, we all have a budget. Overspending will create more chaos – so stay in your budget, plan with your partner, and make that time! You are worth it.
