Poetry- A Slice Of Life

As I walk down the street,

Trying to remain inconspicuous,

Weaving in and out,

Dodging the mobility scooter.

As I stroll down the road,

Slowly shuffling behind the elderly,

Or a couple holding hands,

Catching speed and passing them by,

Zooming off into the distance.
