Ingredients
★2 cups all-purpose flour
★1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
★1 teaspoon baking soda
★1/4 teaspoon coffee grounds
★2 sticks unsalted butter
★1/2 cup granulated sugar
★1 cup packed light brown sugar
★2 eggs
★2 teaspoons vanilla extract
★1 teaspoon coffee
★1 tablespoon Nutella
★2 cups Reese’s Pieces
★3/4 cups chocolate chips
Makes: 18 cookies
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and coffee grounds in a medium bowl, and set it aside.
Beat butter and both sugars in a large bowl with a mixer at medium speed until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, vanilla, coffee, and Nutella; mix until well combined
While continuing to mix, slowly add in the flour mixture, next fold in the chocolate chips and the Reese‘s pieces.
Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the dough so there are six cookies on the tray. Make sure to spray the trays with cooking spray or line them with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes, let cool, and enjoy.
