When you wake on the morn,
Find me woven in your day.
I’m the one on my knees praying to God,
For welfare every day.
I’m that whisper in your head,
Urging you not to give up,
Cause quitting is never an option for a winner.
That sudden strength you feel when doubts arise,
It is me helping a master out.
I stand in the space between forgetting and remembering,
That while beginning to forget, you still remember.
Remember that forgiving is the pathway to forgiveness;
That all humanity deserves a second chance.
For were we all not doomed to perish,
But with a price invaluable, were ransomed to live again?
When you wake on the morn,
Oh, find me woven in your day!
I’m a dream;
your dreams.
Not the ones you see while in slumber,
But those which don’t let you sleep.
And like a dream,
I can live.
I can remain unalive,
and I can’t help it though.
You are the architects,
I’m the blueprint.
Build my foundation,
give me life.
Give me wings and I will fly,
I have a height as boundless as the sky.
