6. Do not sleep immediately after meals. It’s good to walk after meals to ease digestion or practice sitting in a diamond posture (Vajra Asana), which stimulates blood circulation in the stomach. Walking after a meal helps to regulate the sugar level and burn the cholesterol level.

7. Get enough relaxation from the outer world and spare time for inner peace and calmness. Meditate, stay silent and be close to nature to adsorb negative ions to help with respiratory healing. Nature is the best healer without any cost.
